As a player, Shaun was part of the Scottish Squad for 6 years, under the guidance of Judy Murray. He then went on to play full-time before going to University. After graduating from Loughborough with a master’s degree in sports and exercise psychology, Shaun started his coaching career as part of the Surrey County Coaching team.He specialised working with under 14’s and in 2006 gained the LTA Young Coach of the Year Award.

Shaun also gained experience at Surbiton Tennis and Squash club, where he was the Performance Coach, before moving on to Sutton Tennis Academy to work with our most promising young players.
