Coach - Sutton Tennis Academy

The Position

We are looking for 2 dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Coaches to work with players of all abilities, at one of Britain’s leading Tennis Academy’s.

All applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum DCA qualification and be licensed.
• Effective communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a team of coaches.
• Have a CRB Enhanced Disclosure certificate.
• Be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Be a hands-on presence both on and off the court, building trust and highly effective partnerships with colleagues, players, parents and clients.
• Be able to identify and challenge the high potential players in the program, with a view to improving their PPP/ratings.
• Have an excellent understanding and appreciation of the national competitive structure.
